Rose Cleary-Southwood
Founder, GreenKnickers
Rose has a background in main-stream fashion merchandising and proves
that a business mind need not be at odds with ethical values. Greenknickers
mission is to design and produce underwear which is ethical in design,
manufacture and use. To do this they are striving to
create a business which impacts positively on the community, our

GreenKnickers other founder Sarah studied Eco design at Goldsmiths
College where she began to combine her ethical values with a passion
for underwear and fashion. In researching and experimenting with
women’s relationships to their undies she uncovered an exciting
niche. Together Sarah and Rose are passionate about underwear,
ethics, design and business and the belief that all these values
can occupy the same product.
Una Doyle
Founder, Confidence Gets Results Ltd
Úna Doyle runs Confidence Gets Results Ltd (www.ConfidenceGetsResults.com)
where she helps people to promote themselves confidently and with
personality. Una has appeared as a confidence expert
on local radio and local and national TV with a recent appearances
on Sky TV’s ‘Experts on TV’ programme and Living
TV’s ‘Extreme Makeover UK’, where she helps women
who are going through surgery and more, to build their confidence
from the inside.
Una is an international award-winning speaker and thousands of people
have benefited from her work through her newsletter, speaking engagements,
workshops and one-to-one coaching.
Audrey Mandela
Founder and Director, Multimap
Audrey currently serves as the company’s corporate counsel;
HR director; and marketing director; she is also a board member
and Company Secretary.
Audrey was formerly Senior Vice President, International, for the
Yankee Group, one of the industry’s leading IT research firms. As
Senior VP, Ms. Mandela was responsible for managing all of the Yankee
Group's research, consulting and sales activities in Europe, Latin
America and Asia. She was also a frequent speaker at
telecom industry events around the world, and the author of numerous
reports and studies on global telecom trends. She continues
to provide some consulting services for select clients in the telecom
sector.
Audrey holds a bachelor's degree from Wellesley College, Wellesley,
Massachusetts, US
Andrew Mallett
Director, Present Action
Andrew is a facilitator, coach and consultant specialising in presentation
skills. He set up Present Action in 2001 following a career as a
journalist and an actor. Since then he has built up an impressively
diverse client list which includes Swiss Re, Shelter, Cushman &
Wakefield, Deutsche Bank and Oxford University Press.
He’s committed to helping clients reach their potential as
communicators and to have the inner confidence to remain themselves
when doing business. He devotes half a day per week to volunteer
work as a group psychotherapist and at the end of it all he takes
out his aggression on the poker table. He became a Fellow of the
Royal Society for the Arts in 2005.
