FRESHIDEAS MENTOR PROGRAMME

Through this mentoring programme, we offer the opportunity for individuals to get customised advice and support from a business leader with experience in successfully developing an enterprise or addressing a particular challenge.

Our aim is to improve the viability and sustainability of women-led enterprises, build a sustainable mentoring community and support individuals to develop their leadership skills.

Mentors and mentees who have taken part have found that they developed on both an individual and professional level.  


JOIN THE PROGRAMME - GET A MENTOR

The programme offers you access to a mentor on a one-to-one or peer group basis, once your eligibility has been confirmed.

Our mentors are successful, action-orientated business people from a wide range of sectors who are willing to invest-forwards by giving their time and expertise to help you develop and grow your business.  5 of our first programme mentors were named in Britain’s 100 Most Entrepreneurial Women list.  They are people who have already addressed the issues and challenges you face.
