Mentor
event - London 24 September - 6.30pm - 9.30pm
Mentoring
for success
What do Bill Gates & Warren Buffett and Batman & Robin have
in common? Well they were all involved in a mentor-mentee
relationship and it was very successful for them!
Being
mentored can be the catalyst for developing new skills, improving
business performance, career satisfaction and confidence.
Agenda

At
this event, we will look at what mentoring is, what to expect from
it, the best ways to approach a mentor, benefits for the mentor
and mentee and how to make the most of the relationship.
We will hear from some of our competition mentors and the event
presents an excellent opportunity to gain insight and learn from
others' experience and network with like-minded individuals.
If you are an entrepreneur or corporate woman in business seeking
to get ahead or grow a business, make sure to get this date in your
diary.
The
competition - open for entries!
In a bid to further encourage female entrepreneurs and 'intrapreneurs’-
FreshIdeas Events are also running a Mentor
Competition and you will hear more about it at this event.
The competition gives women across London the opportunity to have
our panel of mentors,
some of the UK's most high profile and successful businesswomen,
help them achieve their goals.
- Do you have a business idea that you know will succeed
if only you had the advice and experience on how to launch it?
- Are you sitting on a potential ‘gold-mine’
business but lack the know-how to take it to the next level?
- Are you an Intrapreneur, a person that works for a business,
and need help climbing the corporate ladder?
Aspiring businesswomen of London are invited to put their ideas to
the mentors. Closing date for the competition is 17 October
and will see ten women matched to one of the ten mentors who will
spend six months helping them achieve their goals.
On the night you will hear more about the competition and get to meet
some of the mentors. So whatever your business aspiration,
submit your entries
for a chance to win the mentors help.
