Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on places paid for.  However, if we receive notice of cancellation by 5th May, you may avail of a place at a future event to the same value either in your own name or in a colleagues.  

FreshIdeas reserves the right to cancel a workshop or change the date of a workshop.  If this occurs, we will refund in full or offer an alternative session.
